Restaurant Vispilä in Forssa is run by three entrepreneurs, Krista Mänttäri , Tiina Koski ja Veli-Matti Koski.
The name Vispilä translates to eggwhisk – and it symbolizes the way the three have joined forces to combine the best of their experiences. Krista has previously run the sucesful Restaurant Köökki in Forssa while Tiina and Veli-Matti last ran the dining service at Eerikkilä Sports Institute.
It's easy to just pop in to Vispilä for a glass of wine or sit down for and enjoy dinner with all the time in the world. Vispilä has combine a Scandinavian touch in the interior decoration with a brasserie-type menu.
Kitchen is based on classic cooking and pays attention to the origin of the products. Vispilä aims to give its customers the opportunity to pure taste! That's why Vispilä buys its vegetables, meat and others ingredients from local producers that served well already in Vispilä entrepreneurs previous restaurants.
The restaurant won’t be booked fully in advance, so there's always room at Vispilä for some walk-in diners. You can also wait at the bar for your favorite table to be available. During summer, Vispilä also has a large terrace for you to enjoy.
