Salt's plant-based menu consists of the best products of the harvest season and local small producers are favored when possible. In the summer there may be delicacies from the chef's Mother-in-law’s garden and in the fall self-picked chanterelles.
The menu focuses on high quality vegetable dishes and new sources of protein - for example crickets. Salt’s relaxed mood is visible also in its interior. Large part of it has been made by hand.
