Since ancient times, the most delicious food was prepared on charcoal, which became the leitmotif of the name of their restaurant - SÖE (est. charcoal).
Restaurant SÖE took Estonian products as the basis of the menu - meat, vegetables, cheeses, cereals - which helps not only to reveal the diversity of tastes of Estonian country but also to support local farmers.
When creating the author's dishes, they combined traditional tastes with new techniques studied by the chefs in preparation for various contests and competitions, including the Bocuse d´Or - world chef championship.
The main goal of the restaurant is to create food inspired by local nature!
