Fantastic food and great atmosphere

Really good food based on Norwegian and Asian dishes. Fantastic combinations. We had the 9 course set menu with the wine package. This was really tasty and a wonderful combination. The service was fantastic and we had this wonderful lady who served us. She was singing wile she was serving us. Really sweet person. Also the owner was serving us and explain the dishes and the concept. We decided to come back the next day for champagne brunch and music . This place is one of the best restaurant I’m been to  6

Ei vasta ootustele

Teenindaja oli väga koba ja ei tundnud joogivalikut üldse. Eesti keelne menüü on välja prinditud paberil, klambrilööjaga kokku löödud ehk siis inetu "kapsas". Menüüs on kirjas, et toidud on jagamiseks, aga tegelikkuses serveeritakse toit nii, et ainus viis jagamiseks on süüa sõbra taldrikust. Menüüs on tempura juurviljad, serveritakse paprikat, sparglit ja suvikõrvitsat - ükski neist ei ole juurvili. Meie jaoks väga suur pettumus.

Noya Starts a new Tallinn Tradition, and we are introducing Norwegian Lye fish. We will serve the traditional Course the original way, our lye fish is imported from the owner's hometown, Stavanger, and is made by the famous restauranteur behind City Bistro, who have been making lye fish for three generations. We serve the lye fish with traditional sides, such as; Bacon, a selection of mustard, mustard sauce, syrup, honey, pea stew, brown cheese, white sauce, flatbread, lefse, and potatoes. Menu for the evening. Amouse bouche - Norwegian lefse and Herring. Starter Norwegian "Grav Laks" with mustard sauce. 2 servings of Lye fish(first on plate, second on platters) Dessert Norwegian Rice Cream with Raspberry Sauce. Following drinks are included. Gløgg as welcome drink, 1 Akevitt per person(trolley will be available) 2 unit of Beer/Wine Price per person, 69 euro Happy Christmas and weclome to Noya. About lyefish Lutefisk (pronounced LEWD-uh-fisk) is dried cod that has been soaked in a lye solution for several days to rehydrate it. It is rinsed with cold water to remove the lye, then boiled or baked, and then served with butter, salt, and pepper. The finished lutefisk usually is the consistency of Jello. It is also called lyefish, and in Norway traditionally serve it for right before Christmas. In many Norwegian homes, lutefisk takes the place of the Christmas turkey. Reservation is confirmed with the prepayment.
